In our everyday lives, we strive to take into account everyone's life circumstances. A strong sense of community and staff well-being are everything to us. We offer all our employees comprehensive occupational health services, including an occupational physiotherapist and an occupational psychologist. The year always kicks off with team development days, where people can participate and contribute to the implementation of plans for the coming year. We always meet with the whole staff a few times a year.

What is it like to work at Geonova?
The majority of Geonovans work on a hybrid model and visit the office a couple of times a week.
Working in Geonova may also require travelling in Finland.
Our main office is located in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. Our second office is in Jyväskylä in Kangas (pictured).
