  • Geonova finances the purchase of the system and provides the heat energy your housing company needs - and, if you wish, the cooling. Instead of a big initial investment, you pay a monthly fee.
  • Geonova is responsible for the sizing, design, installation, maintenance and monitoring of the system throughout the contract period.
  • After installation, Geonova will ensure and report that the system is operating at optimum efficiency and delivering the desired cost savings to the housing association.
